As a global accountancy firm operating in markets all across the world, PricewaterhouseCoopers needed a location that was easily accessible and large enough to accommodate its expanding Hull office.
Proud of its long-standing presence in the city, based on over 125 years of operating successfully in the area, the leading professional services firm had been keen to move to more spacious offices for some time but had struggled to find premises that could accommodate its needs.
The recent development of Humber Quays, Hull’s prestigious business district, solved this problem for PricewaterhouseCoopers by presenting an exclusive waterfront location in the city centre. Already home to The Royal Bank of Scotland and World Trade Centre Hull & Humber, Humber Quays offers an ideal location that is situated close by to major motorway links and comes complete with secure car parking for both staff and visitors. These benefits in mind, it wasn’t long before PricewaterhouseCoopers had committed to a 15-year lease of premises in the second of the two impressive office buildings at Humber Quays.
Since their relocation earlier this year, they have been thrilled with their new premises and have received a number of compliments on their beautiful yet practical location.
