CreativeSheffield has announced it is to support Sensoria - the UK's festival of film and music.
The event runs in Sheffield from Friday April 24th to Thursday 30th and will draw on a diverse array of guests, including filmmakers, composers and games developers.
Among the artistic creations being unveiled is Wet Sounds and Advanced Beauty, an immersive experience of underwater music combined with accompanying visuals from Universal Everything.
Sensoria will also host A Wall Is A Screen, a walk around the city with projections of short film and video at selected points.
Brendan Moffett, director of strategic marketing at Creativesheffield, said that due to the city's cultural heritage Sheffield is the "obvious place" to hold Sensoria.
He continues: "Sensoria provides a platform for innovative thinking and for global and Sheffield-based companies to make the valuable connections needed to grow their business."
Universal Everything is a Sheffield-based design company, which has worked with big name brands such as Apple and Playstation.
