A private investor has purchased a North Yorkshire residential park from a Scotland-based company Crown Park (Estates).
The residential park home estate firm sold the 22-pitch site at Roecliffe for a sum of £1.5 million.
The deal was made through Humberts Leisure, while Leeds-based Blacks Solicitors provided legal assistance.
A spokesman for Crown Park said: "We have a few special sites across the UK which we generally prefer to keep, Roecliffe being one of them.
"But Peter Smith, the consultant from Humberts Leisure who managed the deal, received a great offer which we couldn't refuse, and Nick Dyson at Blacks sorted out the legals efficiently and we are pleased to have got the job"
Adding to this, Peter Smith - director at chartered surveyors Humberts Leisure - said: "This sector of the market remains buoyant despite the current economic climate.
"A number of investors are keen to find a property-based trading asset that is easy to manage but which offers tremendous upside from park home sales.
"The price achieved reflects a strong return of confidence in achieving park home sales in prime residential locations."
