The £850,000 refurbishment of 1 East Parade in Leeds has been completed by building-and-project consultancy Jones Hargreaves.
The refurbishment for investment and asset-management company St Martins Property Corporation included 32,300 sq ft of office space.
St Martins is now hoping to attract large-scale commercial occupiers to the prime development.
Spokesman Tim Balsom said: "This has been a large-scale project that we needed to run smoothly, on time and cost effectively.
"The project has been completed to an exceptionally high standard, and we are delighted with the end result, which fulfils our brief perfectly."
Leeds-based Peter Hargreaves added: "This is a key site in Leeds and is very visible within the city.
"St Martins were looking for project management services that would deliver on set objectives, and our hands-on approach and commitment to provide a personal and bespoke service meant we were the ideal choice for them."
The main contractor was Overbury, while Troup Bywaters and Anders provided mechanical and electrical services.
